Modern Dental Smiles is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Boynton, FL

Looking for an Amazing Dental scheduler

We are looking for someone to join our dynamic and hard-working staff. The right candidate will be capable of greeting visitors, answering phones and taking care of our dental schedule. The successful candidate will also be well-versed on company policies and procedures and have a friendly personality that will enhance our work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone and speak to people in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Answer basic mathematical questions and look up information in a database.

  • Answer questions regarding business hours, location, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and payments.

  • Take detailed messages for callers.

  • Be able to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, copiers, and computer systems.

  • Ability to fill and keep the schedule filled

  • Make sure the dental schedule is optimized

  • Call backs for Hygiene and Dental treatment to keep schedule busy

  • Basic treatment coordination skills to keep schedule filled

Dentrix and or Dental Intelligence is a plus for candidates
3 year experience

Monday- Friday = 7:45-5:00
