Mockingbird Real Estate Group is Hiring an Office Manager Near Rogers, AR

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
