Summary
The Team Relations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for the Team Relations Work Group and for consistent administration of the Team Member Handbook. Other significant duties include Administering a union avoidance strategy, investigating, and resolving Team Member complaints, and training, coaching, and mentoring Team Members at all levels.
