Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals is Hiring a Client Relations Representative (full-time + weekends) Near Savannah, GA

We are hiring immediately for a candidate to join our Owner Relations Team for our growing Vacation Rental Business. The candidate will be responsible for the direct oversight of residential vacation rental properties, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing owner/client satisfaction. The Client Relations Representative must demonstrate excellent communication, be motivated, independent, and problem solvers. We're looking for someone to join our fun and casual office culture with a love for hospitality and the city of Savannah! Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals operates both a playful and goal oriented office environment where you will regularly interact with our clients by phone, email, and face to face in a technology driven environment. Ideal candidates will live within or in close proximity to Savannah's Downtown Historic District.

Rate/Schedule:

  • Ideal candidate is available full-time and weekends.
  • Pay is determined on experience: $18-$20/HR

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of properties and communication with owners/clients
  • Arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients, team members and vendors
  • Develop and oversee all updates, small projects or renovations made to a home
  • Oversee properties to ensure they're being maintained to a high standard
  • Accomplish assigned weekly tasks including property inspections, minor maintenance, owner meetings, completion of service order for client billing and daily activity sheets
  • Communicate and follow up with clients and vendors to ensure all aspects of property are managed to the highest standard
  • Create a unique plan for each owner on how they would like to receive communications.
  • Call and email owners/owners guests 48-hours prior to their arrival to ensure they have all codes and set appointments as needed
  • Schedule Inspections for Owner arrivals
  • Train new owners on the use of Owner Portal, how to block owner stays, Guest of Owner stays and follow-up with them on a regular basis to ensure we are meeting their needs
  • Maintain contact with Home Owners Association and property/community service staff to enhance owner relationships
  • Monitor property usage to identify positive and negative guest satisfaction, communicate to owner property maintenance needs and requests from Property Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as in Customer Service, Vacation Rental Manager or similar Hospitality field
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
