Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish languages. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish languages
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone as well as in-person
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish languages (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
