A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a full-time CSR, you will be involved in an on-the-job training program to enhance your skills and encourage internal advancement. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers. Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability and excellent attention to detail.

This is a full-time position, approximately 38-40 hours per week. A schedule is prepared a week or two in advance and may consist of scheduled time between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Fridays; and every other Saturday from 8:00 to noon.
