- Respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems
- Conduct reactive web-lead qualification & conversion
- Perform data entry into CRM & other reporting systems
- Conduct proactive lead generation, qualification & conversion
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective customers/projects using various techniques including but not limited to email, phone calls, and direct mail
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations & presentations
- Develop proposals/estimates
- Conduct proposal follow up tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous sales experience or related customer service
- Knowledge or experience in estimating and cost building
- Exposure to CRM platforms, Google, and Microsoft Office 365 products
- Construction industry familiarity
- High school or higher education graduate
- Technologically proficient
- Effective communication (personable, outgoing, clear, and concise in both verbal and written communication)
- Seeks process/efficiency improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to create and maintain new customer relationships
- Ability to overcome customer stalls/objections
- Basic math skills
