Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care and assisting with daily health and wellness initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide treatment in the on-site clinic and throughout the construction site.
• Overseeing the management of healthcare services including: treatment plans, follow-ups, health monitoring, and case management (including off-site referrals).
• Providing occupational medical care, adhering to OSHA compliance, and helping mitigate risk.
• Coordinating client-based on-site health and wellness initiatives. 
• Supporting site safety, trade partners, and workers’ compensation programs.
• Collecting substance abuse testing specimens for pre-employment, post-accident, random, etc. and reporting results to designated representatives. 
• General administrative duties such as data entry, daily patient care reports, equipment checks, inventory, and maintaining clinic cleanliness.
• Following MMC’s medical and operational protocols, collaborate with local medical providers, client staff, and other supporting services.
• Attend all meetings that are required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Have strong computer/technology skills, including using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat and experience with EMR software
• Well organized and able to work independently, as well as maintain a flexible work schedule
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of ER/ICU/Occupational Medicine experience as a Registered Nurse
• Must currently possess (or ability to obtain reciprocity within 30 days of hire) a valid state RN license
• Current CPR, BLS, ACLS, and OSHA 30 (training for OSHA 30 can be provided after hire)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (excluding minor traffic violations)

Compensation: $43 - $45 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays; 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
