MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security services is seeking a Service Manager I for our Columbia, SC location to support our growing MSS division. Two-way radios are the go-to technology for enterprises around the world; connecting people wherever they need clear, instant, and reliable communications.

As you bring customers through their journey with MCA, you will have the opportunity to win, exceed quota, and grow with the full backing of our extensive customer service organization and technical support resources. We are looking for the best B2B salespeople who know how to be the customer’s trusted adviser and as a result, take full advantage of the un-capped sales commission plan!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Able to schedule multiple projects with daily business and drive WIP completion with oversight.
  • Creates high team morale.
  • Provide frequent and effective feedback.
  • Works with GM/VP, as well as direct reports professionally and efficiently.
  • Advocates MCA safety vision/goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • Minimum 3 years, average of 5 years.
  • Manages recurring maintenance $100 – 800K.
  • Ability to manage mid to large projects.
  • Drives all contract renewals.
  • Negotiates some renewals without assistance.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Approx. 25% travel, some overnight will be expected.
