POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Roving between 3 properties as needed (Properties are in close proximity))

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

· Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair throughout the property including electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall/sheetrock, A/C and heating systems. (List is not all inclusive)

• Report all major repairs and requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Complete assigned service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

· Perform duties in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Position requires experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment needed for property management.
• Experience repairing/maintaining A/C equipment.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Appliance repair experience.
• Work well as a team member or alone with little supervision.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $34,000.00 per year
