Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Courtesy Officer to join our team. The Courtesy Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the property
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the property
- Assist with access control and visitor management

Requirements:

- Currently in law enforcement, military, or security required
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
