Develop and implement program policies, goals, and objectives. Hire and supervise appropriate staff and arrange for volunteer and student assistance and supervision. Arrange for orientation and ongoing in-service training of staff, students, and volunteers. Develop, implement and manage the daily program. Develop and maintain linkages with local offices of the Department of Human Resources and other community agencies and organizations that could give support tot eh program or to the individual in the program. Develop and establish a quality assurance system for evaluating program effectiveness of individual health care plans and interventions. Educate community agencies and groups on the goals of the Medical Day Care Program, the target population, and the services provided. Prepare and evaluate annual budget. Monitor compliance with all state regulations. Direct the coordination of transportation services. Reviews salary scale for each position annually. Report any “Unusual Occurrences” to Health Department. Enforces infection-control policies and procedures. Cooperates and maintains good working relationship with co-workers. Actively participates in all DELMARVA and Health Department reviews. Responds efficiently and effectively to all Survey results and creating Plan Of Correction for it. Actively Participates in annual evaluations of Supervisors. All other duties assigned by supervisor.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $98,602.00 per year
