Manages the day-to-day entry point into MLT systems for customers, guests, teammates, and MLT Employees. The receptionist reports to the Executive Administrative Assistant.

The Receptionist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel
• Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of call, forwarding call to appropriate personnel / department, and retrieving / forwarding voice messages
• Assisting PMs and their tram members with conference room setup
• Assisting the Executive Assistant with conference room reservations
• Working independently on projects requiring research and preparing briefing charts and other presentation materials
• Answering general questions about MLT and providing callers with addresses, directions, and other information
• Ensuring competition of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures, to include managing entry in to Suites 103 and 203 and utilizing the SINE platform
