MLR Insurance Group is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Orlando, FL

Office Receptionist - $13/hr - $15/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) office receptionist at our Insurance Agency. You must be reliable, professional and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and staff.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our professional image.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the agency.

Qualifications

  • Professional written and spoken proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a bonus.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
