- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and behavior

```Skills```

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Knowledgeable of Reggio Emilia teaching method
- Experience working with students in a classroom or childcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Effective classroom management skills to promote a positive learning environment
