Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintain and update calendars for appointments, meetings, and events.
- Oversee office management tasks, such as customer service scheduling and record keeping, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing.
- Handle inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with team management by coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives for office and Field staff.
Skills:
- 5 years of Administrative Experience including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Billing
-Customer Service Experience
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience entering records and maintaining accuracy in record keeping.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide leadership when needed.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
