Our firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Car Key Technician immediately. The Car Key Technician will focus on sales and client acquisition

Car Key Technician will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes. The ideal Car Key Technician will be very comfortable around cars and have experience in the automotive industry, as well as cable installation and customer service.

Car Key Technician Responsibilities:

• Delivering effective and engaging sales presentations on our high-quality products and services
• Programming keys, re-keying, and cutting to code
• Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
• Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
• Manage on-site Inventory
• Grasping product knowledge, sales promotions, and core company values to better educate customers on what we have to offer
• Using problem-solving skills to overcome any objections and finding solutions to bolster sales margins
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Car Key Technician Requirements:

• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Evaluate customer needs, and recommend solutions and quickly build relationships.
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
