What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and clean manner

• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to read and execute recipes quickly and accurately

• Enthusiastic attitude and dependability

• Ability to communicate with guests in English

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare guest orders, catering, and online orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards

• Prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items, and preparing packaging, utensils, and bowls. Assist in restocking throughout the day

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment

• Assist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu items

• Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils

• Clean and wipe down the salad line at the end of the day, including the lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floors

• Follow all proper knife safety procedures

• Learn and maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menu

• Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy

• Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
