What we’re looking for:

What you’ll be doing:
-
Prepare guest orders, catering, and online orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards

Prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items, and preparing packaging, utensils, and bowls. Assist in restocking throughout the day
-
Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment

Assist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu items
-
Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils
-
Clean and wipe down the salad line at end of the day, including the lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floors
-
Follow all proper knife safety procedures

Learn and maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menu
-
Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy

Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
