Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical or plumbing.
- Fabricate and install new parts as needed in apartment units
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs on the buildings
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to residents

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in plumbing troubleshooting and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Leadership abilities to supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and provide clear instructions
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
