Looking for a qualified maintenance worker. Individual must possess a valid Drivers License, as well as general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, laying laminate flooring, roofing, and general construction. We work Monday through Friday with on-call rotation for the weekends. We also work outside a lot through the summer on roofs and on ladders and some light landscaping. Starting pay is $13 per hour.
