Our client in Canton is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to add to their team!
Shift
1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM Paid On-Call Rotation
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Maintain buildings including: Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities
Maintain grounds including: Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking leaves
Maintain general cleaning and upkeep including: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and power washing
Assist in the turnover process for units
Maintain records of work completed
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
2 years' previous experience as a Maintenance Tech
Strong attention to detail
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work well with others
