MSG capabilities include:

  • Cybersecurity: Maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability – MSG’s full-spectrum cybersecurity capabilities include security auditing, risk management assessment and hardening, and system-level control validation for all DoD authorization processes (e.g., RMF).
  • Technical Operations: MSG delivers C5ISR systems and associated worldwide field support operations, maintenance, training, and logistics. Cleared and qualified Field Service Representatives enable MSG to configure, supply, and support multiple C5ISR systems. Full life cycle logistics support from our Charleston and National Capital Region depot-level facilities enables global operations.
  • Data Science: Open architecture, high-performance AI/ML framework development. Multi-model knowledge graph database development. Statistical and mathematical analysis. Model development, training, evaluation, and execution
  • Systems and Platform Engineering Services: System and Design Engineering support to multiple platforms. Holistic view systems architecture and design with experience in MBSE, systems analysis, system dynamics, reliability design, optimization, life cycle management, etc.
  • Information Technology Sales: Multiple contract vehicles and dedicated sales staff focused on DoD/Federal requirements
 
Job Duties: 
Supports efforts to develop, maintain, and coordinate complex Security Plans for RMF authorization packages.
Works independently with eMASS workflows and package approval processes
Works independently to develop system documentation and coordinate with systems engineering, software support, and leadership to plan and execute tasking
Provides experience in developing RMF-specific original content for new authorization projects, and planning of RMF transition
Assists in project planning and scheduling efforts
Attends regular meetings for baseline development and is able to coordinate with project leadership
Assists in providing meeting minutes for Collaboration meetings with the government authorizing official
Utilizes NIST Special Publications and DoD Instructions/Directives to develop and update ancillary documentation, such as Contingency Plans, Information Assurance Vulnerability Management Plans, Incident Response Plans, etc.
Develop and coordinate Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM) documentation with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Category Assurance List (CAL)
Coordinates and supports complex test events to assess software and hardware baselines to include the following tools: DISA STIGs, ACAS, and the following technology areas: Windows Server, Windows XP/7/10, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Cisco switches and routers, VMware, JRE, Office products, web servers, etcCandidate Requirements:
DoDD 8570 Compliance (CompTIA Security , CompTIA Security , CISSP, SSCP, or CCNA)
Proficiency with office productivity software (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint)Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science)Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience to include experience with eMASS and the RMF authorization process.
