We’re seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to empower Mission Lane’s Technical (Engineering/ Data/ Product)leaders to run world-class, competitive organizations, as we enter into our exciting next phase of growth, innovation, and service.
In this crucial role, you’ll work as a strategic partner with senior management and business leaders to foster a people-first culture that is prepared for the future of Mission Lane; serving as the vital link between the strategic initiatives of Mission Lane and the people responsible for achieving them.

Target base salary: $120,000 - $133,000
Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
