Duties Performs day-to-day Leave of Absence (LOA) administration for stakeholders, including reporting, processing incoming communications, and providing customer service. Supports the full life cycle of leave of absence administration in compliance with all Federal regulations related to leaves. Utilizes leave of absence tracking system to verify employee information, and keeps information current for employee, manager, and department's visibility. Provides expert guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for managers and employees. Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications Required Work Experience - At least eight (8) years of experience in leave of absence administration, occupational health, disability management.
Required Special Skills/ Knowledge - Knowledge of Federal regulations related to employer compliance and specifically the legal aspects of leave of absence administration.
- Familiarity with 508-compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of worker's compensation.
- Extensive knowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Working Conditions Education High School Diploma/ GED.
