Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property income and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Market available units and conduct property tours for potential tenants.
- Screen prospective tenants and complete the leasing process in accordance with fair housing regulations.
- Enforce lease agreements and handle lease renewals or terminations.
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.

- Proficiency in Yardi
- Strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management, including lease agreements, eviction processes, and tenant rights.
- Ability to effectively market available units and negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants.
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management, such as Section 8 requirements and Fair Housing regulations.
- Experience in property leasing, including conducting property tours, screening tenants, and completing leasing paperwork.
