Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales success. Our company has two divisions: New Construction roofing and siding install, and Remodeling/Retail. We're looking for a sales manager to take over our Remodeling/Retail division and make it their own. Commission structure is highly competitive, and because of this, we're looking for someone with drive and initiative. The sky is the limit. Ideally we'd like to give the Sales Manager the freedom to take this division and make it their own, with full access to our existing resources and extensive database of warm leads.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage a small team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Commission is paid to the sales manager based on his/her own sales with additional commission based on production of sales representatives under the sales manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, using our extensive database of warm leads for sales.
- Conduct basic sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in either construction, housing, financing, or insurance-related fields
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and positively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Previous experience in outside sales or account management is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,947.70 - $200,000.00 per year
