Position: Construction Manager
Headquarters Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Position Location: Hybrid (Office & Remote)
Job Summary: 
As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our projects towards success. Your primary responsibilities will include managing bids, estimating project costs, and overseeing project management to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. This role demands a high level of expertise in our trades, alongside active experience in the field, to navigate the complexities of our services seamlessly. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and submission of project bids, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy. 
  • Conduct detailed cost estimations to guide decision-making and budget planning. 
  • Oversee project management aspects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety standards. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations. 
Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience in construction management, specifically in demolition, excavation, shoring, hazardous remediation, or related fields. 
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  •  Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prepare financial reports and conduct cost analyses. 
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam). Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
