MIR Group is Hiring an Order Processing /Customer Service Representative for E-commerce Division Near San Jose, CA

MIR Group, a fast-growing manufacturer and nationwide distributor of high-quality wall and floor covering materials is looking for an experienced Order Processing Specialist / Customer Service Representative for our San Jose, CA office.

This job is for you if you are an enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, fast learner, always ready to help, great problem-solver, able to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and thrives in the fast-paced environment. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Processing Purchase Orders and making sure they get fulfilled by the warehouse in timely manner;
  • Creating packing lists, invoices, transportation documents such as BOLs;
  • Managing incoming emails, messages, calls - solving customers issues;
  • Processing Return Authorizations;
  • Providing freight quotes to clients and team members
  • Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all products we offer.
  • Maintaining office files and databases;
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • AA degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or working experience.
  • 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or other related industry
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Good analytical skills in determining customers' needs and offering solutions
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and practices
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Good memory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
