We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.

You will be dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates, work orders in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

You will be expected provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

The following skills will be needed, but not limited to:

Basic computer functions including Microsoft Office. Knowing Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

Basic math skills, with a good understanding of a ruler and fractions

Speed, accuracy and attention to detail a must

Must be detail oriented and have good time management

Must be able to work independently

Print Shop Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate

We are looking for full time support: 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
