Minute Media is Hiring a Remote DEI Manager

We are seeking an experienced DEI professional that will help us take our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to the next level. As DEI Manager, you will partner with the VP Organizational Development & Head of DEI, in ideating, assessing and implementing global developmental needs in DEIB, with a strong focus in our growing US site.

In this role you will:

  • Carry out and create the DEI roadmap and quarterly OKRs.
  • Create and own programs and initiatives which foster our culture of belonging and inclusion, and measure the success of the programs against the metrics you’ve developed.
  • Drive and develop employee resource group's (ERG) to foster relationship building, share best practices/ideas, collaborate on events and to accelerate initiatives.
  • Facilitate DEI workshops and training as an expert facilitator.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize DEI learning needs.
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop diversity goals, oversee educational training programs, serve as an advisor to the recruiting team.
  • Work internally and externally to establish networks of partnerships and impact.

Where you’ll be:

  • We follow a hybrid approach to give you more options!
  • Most days you will have the flexibility to work remotely or from the office, whichever you choose
  • The People and Culture team work from the office 2 days a week for collaboration

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) match.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years' experience in DEI
  • Bachelors' degree in OD, Management, HRM or other relevant field
  • Experience leading change management and program development
  • Experience developing and facilitating workshops & education sessions
  • Proven experience in organization, planning and leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of DEIB best practices
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communities
  • Ability to influence and lead at all levels
