Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise front of house staff, including servers, support staff, and bartenders

- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed

- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to develop menus and daily specials

- Utilize Toast POS system to process orders, payments, and track sales data

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Ability to work long hours standing, lifting, moving around
