We're currently seeking a driven individual to join our team at Mint Pest Services as a Pest Control Sales Associate. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our sales efforts, reaching out to potential customers, educating them about our pest control services, and securing new business through effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in door-to-door sales presentations within assigned territories to promote and sell Mint Pest Services to both residential and commercial clients.
- Actively generate leads and identify prospects through targeted canvassing efforts.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their pest control needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to effectively showcase their value to customers.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and contracts.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop strategies for enhancing sales performance and expanding market share.
