The City of Silver Bay is accepting applications for the full-time position of Finance Manager to provide management for all financial affairs of the City. This position requires moderate to complex responsibilities and statutory treasury duties as the primary fiduciary officer that encompasses budget management, capital improvement planning, grant management, oversight of utility billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, financial report presentation, financial transactional processing, asset management, investments, and financial records management. This person will be a team player with the ability to collaborate and implement effective customer service and maintain a positive and effective working relationship with Council, Commissions, Businesses, Residents, and Staff.
