• The focus area for the Finance Administrative Associate will be accounts payable* but this role may also handle : * Accounts receivable* Bank deposits* Bank statement reconciliations* Month-end accounting tasks* Property tax statements* Company credit cards* Depreciation and prepaid schedules* Lien waiver releases* Sales tax rebates* General filing* Field crew training classes* Sub-contractor certifications* And more!Qualifications : * Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts* Mathematical, spreadsheet, and database aptitude* Experience with an online accounting program such as QuickBooks or Sage* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs* Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills* Strong recordkeeping and organizational skills* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment* Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality* Mission-oriented mindset* Cultural responsiveness and experience working with underserved communities would be a plusThis is an urgent need!
