The Maintenance Assistant performs essential upkeep and improvements to our facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for details is essential for this role. You should have manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary to perform the work.

Perform minor fixes, install necessary appliances, perform carpentry tasks, dependable & punctual, effective communicator, ability to think on your feet and make decisions, inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems, report to Maintenance Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention and in progress.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

General carpentry and building experience preferred and proven experience as a maintenance worker

High school diploma or equivalent required
