Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Rooming patients
• Vitals
• Triage Calls
• FMLA / Disability paperwork
• Prepping charts
• Requesting medical records, testing, scans, etc.
• Assisting the physicians with minor in-office procedures
• Organize, stock and clean exam rooms

Job Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certified (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

Experience:

• 2-3 years of Medical Assisting (Required)

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in customer service
• Able to handle high call volume
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to be a team player
• Positive attitude
• EMR experience
• Support physicians and staff to ensure a positive experience for patients and referring physicians.
