Nelson Dermatology is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Saint Petersburg, FL
Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) needed for Full Time position with dermatology office in downtown St. Petersburg.
Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred. Practice is busy, and MA expected to thrive in quick paced environment. This is a great position for gaining clinical experience for either an experienced Medical Assistant or aspiring nursing students, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or medical school candidates.
Job Responsibilities: assisting physician with patient's skin checks and minor cosmetic/laser procedures, assisting in surgical procedures/biopsies, willingness to learn lab techniques, assisting with scheduling appointments/phone calls, and providing the highest quality care to patients.
Work hours Monday through Friday only, no nights or weekends. Work hours 8AM-5PM.
Excellent Pay, Health benefits and 401K provided.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
