We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is located in Trevose, PA, and is eligible for a hybrid remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are listed below and are not limited to:

• Manage vendor administration, entering and reviewing W-9’s & COIs for new vendors.
• Process weekly payments, preparing checking and initiating ACH and wire payments.
• Provides weekly AP reports to the management team.
• Manages the AP email to ensure all correspondence is being handled properly.
• Approve and review GL account coding.
• Oversee an accounts payable team.
• Responsible for entering and paying monthly rents and recurring employee payments.
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Communicates through written and oral correspondence with field and corporate personnel, vendors, and auditors in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist the Accounting Manager with various ad hoc tasks and requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Prior experience in cloud-based accounting software. SAP is desired, not a requirement.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• College Graduate preferred but not required with a degree in accounting or similar focus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in General Accounting/Accounts Payable required.
