Clinical Director
Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education: Employee is required to have completed at least a Master’s degree in the fields of Professional Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or another relevant helping profession.
Licensure: Required to be licensed in their field of study in AZ. Licensed professionals may fall within the fields of Professional Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or another relevant helping profession. Must be BHP certified.
Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in the healthcare field with at least two (2) years of supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
Clinical Director SUMMARY
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing leadership, direction, training, and guidance to meet clinical goals and regulatory clinical compliance. The Clinical Director oversees all client care and administrative operations within the program. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical and operations department including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling.
The Clinical Director assumes responsibility for budgeting and resourcing and devises strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth. The Clinical Director must have the ability to solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.
Clinical Director Responsibilities
· Oversee the day-to-day clinical and operations of program services, ensuring program services are Trauma Informed and address individual treatment approaches.
· Oversee the timely submissions of required regulatory reports and licensing credentials.
· Supervise clinical and supervisory operational staff as assigned, including consulting with clinical staff on cases when appropriate.
· Supports development of new clinical programing and ensures evidenced based practices are utilized.
· Assists in the development of budgets pertaining to clinical programming and resources.
· Oversees and ensures tracking and quality of weekly clinical documentation meets all standards.
· Ensures uninterrupted care and services for clients, including coverage as needed.
· Define, measure, and evaluate program performance data.
· Market the program to state agencies and other providers, where appropriate.
· Provides intake and admissions consult to ensure appropriate case assignment and placement as required by the program.
· Review incident reports and camera footage for all incidents as required by your program.
· Participate in on-call as required by your program.
· Performs other special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment center for emotionally and behaviorally at-risk adolescent girls. MMYTC is located on a 120-acre campus surrounded by National Forest, 25 minutes from the town of Prescott Valley.
