The Clinical Director has the responsibility of managerial and clinical oversight for all mobile/tele-video assessors and call center staff, provides training for all staff; provides clinical supervision, review and oversight of clinical documentation ensuring the appropriate triaging of patients is made to the most appropriate level of care; supervises the daily schedule of staff to ensure suitable coverage for 24/7 coverage of the call center.

QualificationsEducation: Minimum Masters Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psycology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
Licensure and Certification: Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and/or licensed in the State where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).
Experience: Preferably two or more years’ experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting and experience in health care business, business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred.
