Job Details
Location: Hybrid - Onsite in McLean, VA 22102 (Hybrid Tuesday through Thursday)
Duration: 12-month (Chances of extension)
Responsibilities:
- Managing/coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates.
- Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come to client for interviews.
- Managing the background check process for all internal/external hires.
- Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed.
- May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors.
- Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels.
