Title: Content Manager / Editor
Duration: 9 months, possibility of extension
Location: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid)
** position can also reside in Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA
The role will be a blend of:
- Reviewing/editing existing content for clarity and ensuring it aligns with the company’s writing and brand standards; publishing content using ServiceNow; performing quality reviews of content published by others.
- We're looking for someone with experience writing content to support customers (internal or external) with completing self-service tasks/transactions.
- The role will focus on editing/publishing content related to Human Resources topics, specifically Annual Benefits Enrollment.
- The individual will be required to work at a designated Wells Fargo location a minimum of 3 days per week.
