Mindful Health is a combination of Bricks & Mortar locations and virtual service offerings across the state of Texas to create a high-end client experience. We currently have locations in the following locations: Rockwall, Heath, San Antonio, and now Georgetown!
Job Duties Overview:

- Provide the client’s initial and renewal visit paperwork for completion, including office policies and required documents for signature.

- Accurately schedule andreschedule client appointments for individual and group practice in a timely manner.

- Prepare, update, and maintainaccurate client profiles utilizing electronic file practice management software.

- Collect co-pay/co-insurance and private client payments.

- Assist with communication between clients and providers.

- Assist prospective clients by answering questions and inquiries about our practice.

- Submit records to inquiring parties with proper release forms and materials documentation.

- Communicate the arrival of a patient and their needs to the clinical staff andnotify the providers of any changes/anticipated issues with the daily schedule.
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of and commitment to appropriate protection of confidential patient information
- Rockwall, TX - 406 N Goliad St, Rockwall TX 75087
- Monday and Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 1 years of front desk or receptionist experience
- Experience working within a behavioral health outpatient or inpatient facility is a plus
- Experience with insurance and medical terminology preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is a benefit
- HS Diploma
- Mindful Health will provide the following: computer equipment, IT support, clinical documentation support, malpractice insurance, scheduling, billing, and coordination between the patient and therapy site. Mindful Health also provides robust physician supervision per TMB requirements fostering a collaborative approach to our client’s care.
