The receptionist will welcome c lients who visit iV Bars . You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, checking clients in & out, and scheduling appointments.

Summary : An Medical Receptionist's key role is to ensure clients are provided with the best customer experience. Maintain a keen awareness and knowledge of infusion cocktails & vitamins.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to iV Bars clients
• Educate and Answer questions to clients about the benefits of iV Therapies, hydration, cocktails, and any other services offered at iV Bars.
• Ensure all required paperwork is filled out for new and existing customers.
• Promote memberships and wellness services based on client needs.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the clinic.

Experience :

• Excellent Customer service skills
• A t least 2 years of experience in the medical field.
• Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Reliable, Self-Starter
• Embrace policies and procedures to contribute to the company's compliance requirements including protocols.
