Mindcolor Autism is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join us in Colorado! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization -- with a strong support team in administrative functions.

In this role, you will:

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments
• Evaluate for the presence of neurodevelopmental and learning disorders within the pediatric population
• Administer standardized assessments to provide diagnoses including but not limited to autism, dyslexia/dysgraphia, ADHD, and learning delays
• Clearly communicate assessment results with all other stakeholders (e.g., teachers, BCBAs and administrative staff)
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team and family to develop comprehensive, individually tailored recommendations for follow-up care based on assessment results
• Experience working with children and their families
• Experience administering psychological tests and writing concise reports with clear recommendations required
• Experience working with children with ASD/neurodevelopmental delays is required

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, school, and/or counseling psychology
• Must be a licensed (or licensable) Psychologist or Counselor
• Proficiency in assessing a wide range of clinical concerns and diagnoses such as autism, disruptive behaviors, ADHD, oppositional and defiant behavior, sleep disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and fears, motor habits, academic problems
• Must also have in-depth knowledge about the full spectrum of social-emotional and behavioral diagnoses in the pediatric population
• Knowledge of clinical diagnostic criteria and emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders
• Knowledge of the principles and methods of administering, scoring and interpreting a wide variety of standardized psychological tests and measures
• Skill in determining diagnoses, providing therapy, conducting evaluation, and administering standardized tests and measures
• Ability to apply psychological principles to therapeutic intervention with individuals, groups and families
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people
• Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
