We are looking for a BT/ RBT to join our growing team! This role is an opportunity to be an integral part of the foundational culture of our center, and the success of our clients while understanding and implementing basic ABA principles and techniques!

Job Description:

• Provide direct one on one and/or group services to individuals receiving ABA services, to include implementing written individualized protocols and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Appropriately implement behavior management strategies and respond safely in crisis situations
• Collect data on client behavior and skills as detailed in written protocols and enter in electronic data collection system within organizational expectations
• Ensure a creative, safe, and productive environment to promote client success
• Complete administrative tasks, to include client documentation, client needed materials, and other needs for the center.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• RBT Certification active and in good standing, or willing to become RBT certified within 90 days of employment
• Experience working with children. Experience working with children with behavioral concerns of developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Current active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as dependability and reliability.

Ability to assume and maintain in a variety of postures, such as sitting, kneeling, standing, crawling, squatting, etc., including sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
