About The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support our Customer Relations and Production Department in assisting both clients and their applicants, providing technical and administrative support, entering information and assisting with client specific projects. You will follow processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from the Supervisor on the required productivity and quality of work. You will report to the Director of Production. Position is currently hybrid remote. In office attendance is required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
