Tracy Gunn - State Farm Agency is Hiring a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Near Hendersonville, NC

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Must have an active Property and Casualty license. Previous State Farm experience is preferred but we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Position Overview:

This is a customer service position available to service an existing customer base and sell insurance when solicited by new customers. We do not advertise to new customers. Our objective is to maintain the current size of the agency.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
