The job

We’re looking for a Marketing coordinator to support marketing activity throughout EMEA and US and to execute on the essentials of MindGym’s marketing strategies. The Marketing coordinator will work closely with the Marketing, Sales Operations and Client teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Scheduling and organizing the creation of website content, webinars, roundtables, global summits, thought leadership, and more.
• Supporting multi-channel campaigns designed to drive marketing qualified leads and pipeline.
• Building campaigns in our marketing automation system (Pardot) involving elements of copywriting, data management, email building.
• Collaborating with the content and brand leads and brief our copywriters to help deliver content that meets channel specifications.
• Responding to clients, prospects, and social followers through our various communication channels.
• Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising lead and sales data
• Organizing public relations outreach to secure industry awards, media relations and speaking opportunities.
• Facilitate the completion of large projects by working with the marketing team on each step of the process.
• Supporting the management of external and internal resources related to marketing activities: including design, content, copywriters, PR support, etc.
• Acting as a trusted partner of our clients and sales operations teams, helping to build and manage a seamless, frictionless pipeline.

It’s also great if you have…

• Start-up and growth-orientated business experience
• Two or more years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications.
• A degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
